What are the specs on the trays?
There are 9 trays made of polycarbonate. They also have poly screen inserts. In all there is 15 feet of tray space available.
Will the fan circulate the air efficiently?
Yes it will, the Excalibur is equipped with a 7 inch fan which will circulate the air around the unit to aid in drying the food properly.
Is the thermostat adjustable?
It is a fully adjustable thermostat. It can be set anywhere between 85 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
